Inspired produces innovative, fresh and healthy, ready-to-eat items for Canadian retail and Foodservice companies. Our state-of-the-art processing facility, use of premium ingredients, and chef-inspired recipes have elevated fresh-cut to the next level.

Inspired is the exclusive processor for our sister company Whole Leaf. The journey begins at our sustainable greenhouse that is located in Coaldale, Alberta. This is where we grow living lettuce year-round, which is sold as Inspired Greens, or value-added cut and washed Inspired leaves and Inspired Salads.

We are a dynamic & forward-thinking company looking to expand our current product offering. We will continue to create new Inspired items for the Canadian market.

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Analyst to join our team.

Focus The Inventory Analyst ensures inventory records, transactions, and related ERP data are accurate and reconciled, while providing timely reports and analysis in support of the dynamic decision-making needs of management. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency with D365 and Excel. They work closely with operations, production, finance, and other departments to maintain data integrity and support effective inventory and ERP processes.

Key Accountabilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure D365 information reflects actual inventory and operational activity
- Monitor, reconcile, and investigate inventory variances and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate ERP data related to production, materials, items, shipments, and transactions




- Prepare and maintain financial, inventory, production, and operational reports from D365 and related systems
- Analyze inventory and operational data to identify variances, trends, and data issues
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation and ERP reporting requirements
- Provide accurate and timely information and ad-hoc reports to management and other departments
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and inventory control processes
- Collaborate with operations, production, finance, and other departments to validate and resolve data issues

- Dependable, professional, and able to manage time-sensitive requirements

Education and Experience

- Minimum one year of experience in data entry, reporting, data analysis,



inventory, or a related administrative role
- Previous Dynamics 365 experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; Power BI experience is an asset
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management is strongly preferred
- Experience with financial, operational, or production reporting is an asset
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, considered an asset
