We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller & Automotive Re-Conditioning Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Oversee inventory levels and data entry for every unit and invoice attachment
- Coordinate automotive reconditioning processes, including scheduling repairs, managing minor parts procurement, and tracking vehicle status through multiple processes and locations.
- Manage procurement activities by sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers,



and distribution channels to reduce costs and improve lead times
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and use tools like excel and google sheets for reporting and visualization purposes
- Familiarity with automotive industry, some parts and retail would be an asset but not needed.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with data analysis capabilities to optimize purchasing decisions while maintaining supplier relationships
