Elevate Cabinets is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
The primary focus of this position is inventory management, purchasing, purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers. Experience with social media and basic content creation would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and inventory needs
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Request quotes and place orders with suppliers
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and backorders
- Verify received materials and update inventory records
- Maintain organized purchasing documentation, invoices, and related files
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery
Additional Assets: Experience with social media and content creation would be an asset. The ideal candidate may occasionally assist with social media content, including creating simple graphics or editing photos and videos.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office an Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a warehouse workplace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital inventory records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous experience with inventory, purchasing, procurement, or order coordination is preferred
- Social media/content creation experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 - 16:30)
