As an IT Associate, your primary responsibility will be maintaining JEC’s automation systems and providing essential IT support.

You will engage in projects involving the ERP system and serve as a resource for hardware repairs and troubleshooting. Your hands-on approach will facilitate improvements that align with JEC's operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct scheduled IT systems maintenance and support
- Execute ERP system-related projects and initiatives
- Provide problem-solving assistance for network issues
- Modify and program PLCs and HMIs as required
- Train associates in maintenance and operational improvements Requirements:
- Educational background in Information Technology or Engineering
- Experience with industrial controls and PLC programming
- Robust analytical reasoning and interpretation skills
