Hours: Monday – Friday; 30 hours per week
Location: Onsite (1 day work from home optional)
Compensation: $24-$26 per hour (commensurate with experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW: The IT & Systems Assistant provides frontline technology support and assists with business systems, CRM support and testing, event technology, data analysis and reporting, documentation, and data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and business applications.
- Support user account management, access requests, helpdesk tickets, IT documentation, and staff technology guidance.
- Assist with conference and event management systems, including system setup, testing, registration support, and troubleshooting.
- Support CRM and various business systems through data maintenance, reporting, testing, UAT, data validation, documentation, and issue escalation.
- Work with staff, vendors, and service providers to support reliable systems and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Post-secondary education or coursework in IT, computer/business systems, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of relevant IT support, helpdesk, or business systems experience preferred; co-op, internship, volunteer, coursework, and academic project experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Word, and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, reporting, data validation, and system testing/UAT.
- Experience with CRM, event management, membership, or other business systems is an asset; PheedLoop, WordPress, and Power BI familiarity are assets.
- Strong skills in data and system analysis, troubleshooting, customer service, communication, documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
