Java Developer+ React + Angular Experience – Banking Domain

Location: Montreal _ Canada - Hybrid

Experience: 7+ years

Domain: Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable banking applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular .
- Build secure, responsive, and high-performance web applications and REST APIs.
- Work with microservices, SQL databases, and cloud technologies .
- Integrate applications with banking systems and third-party services.
- Follow secure coding, SDLC, testing, and code-review best practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices .
- Solid proficiency in React and Angular .
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL .
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing , and application security.
- Strong understanding of banking/financial services workflows and regulations .
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred: AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, and experience with payments, cards, loans, or core banking systems.
