- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store is organized and inviting
- Address customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment,



and product organization

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is a plus for serving a broad clientele
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor
