This role focuses on performing blood collections, maintaining instruments, and collaborating with our Laboratory Services Team to ensure effective handling of specimens in a busy workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute venipuncture and blood collection procedures
- Manage and process various specimens accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Participate in ECGs and support testing procedures
- Engage with healthcare colleagues for optimal patient care Requirements:
- Must complete a recognized laboratory assistant program
- Current MLPAO Certification essential
- Relevant hospital experience is preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills required
