Jones Healthcare Group seeks an Accounting Associate to optimize financial accuracy in our operations. This role balances accounting tasks with essential customer service in our Canadian Pharmacy business. Reporting to the Controller & Customer Operations Leader, you will handle key duties in accounts receivable, inventory control, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys solving financial challenges while providing excellent support to customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

- Process payments through EFT, cheques, and credit cards
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts effectively
- Track and address aged receivables, aiding collections
- Review invoices and expenses, ensure policy compliance
- Control and investigate inventory discrepancies Requirements:
- College diploma in Accounting or similar
- Minimum three years’ accounting experience required
- Robust analytical abilities and attention to detail
- High accuracy in data entry and communications
