Avalon Construction is looking for motivated individuals to join our field team in hail-affected communities.

This role involves speaking with homeowners, offering complimentary exterior inspections, completing basic property inspections, and helping identify potential restoration opportunities.

Compensation

- $35 per qualified completed inspection
- $550 when an inspection results in a project for Avalon Construction

Responsibilities

- Work in assigned residential areas
- Speak with homeowners professionally
- Offer complimentary exterior property inspections
- Complete basic inspections
- Collect and accurately record required information
- Coordinate inspection opportunities with the Avalon team

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills




- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- Door-to-door, sales, canvassing, construction, or roofing experience is an asset but not required

Training

Full training and field support will be provided.

No roof climbing is required.
