As a Kitchen Cook at WingSpot, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly, safely, and consistently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives fresh, delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to WingSpot recipes and quality standards.

- Fry wings, cook burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and other menu items with consistency.

- Portion ingredients accurately and ensure food is presented to company standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.

- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety.

- Restock food, sauces, and kitchen supplies throughout each shift.

- Assist with food preparation, receiving deliveries, and inventory rotation (FIFO).

- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely order completion.





- Properly operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and food preparation tools.

- Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
