- Perform blood collection and ECGs accurately
- Process and manage specimens effectively
- Load specimens into necessary equipment
- Maintain laboratory instruments in peak condition
- Engage positively with patients to support their care Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized lab assistant program
- Required MLPAO Certification
- Previous hospital lab experience preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including with pediatric patients
