Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies
- Support tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools under supervision, and performing manual tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by tidying up work zones and adhering to safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately




- Help with site cleanup at the end of each shift to ensure a tidy and hazard-free environment
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Valuable communication skills to understand instructions clearly
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction environments is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members
