- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Use power tools including hedge trimmers, blowers, and small machinery to support landscape projects.
- Support excavation activities using equipment like mini excavators or trenchers for irrigation or foundation work.
- Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules.
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance such as edging lawns, mulching beds, and removing debris to keep sites tidy.
- Assist with construction tasks like installing pathways, retaining walls,



or garden features under supervision.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure tools and machinery are safe and operational.

Skills

- Experience operating excavators or other small construction machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed.
- Strong knowledge of gardening practices and horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently when handling equipment or working around construction sites.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems for installation and repairs.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required in outdoor settings.
