PwC Flex Resources Recruiting is a division of PwC Management Services LP. We recruit for Qualified Consultants for both the Private and Public sector across Canada.

The Finance Lead will provide strategic and functional leadership for the finance workstream of a large-scale ERP transformation. The consultant will guide the design and implementation of future-state finance processes, align business needs with the ERP solution, and support the program through testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Requirements:

Lead finance workstream activities across the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Provide subject matter expertise across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Facilitate workshops to define business requirements, future-state processes, priorities, and decisions.

Guide finance solution design and confirm alignment with business and control requirements.





Coordinate finance deliverables and dependencies with program, technology, data, reporting, and change teams.

Support testing, data migration, training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.

Identify and manage workstream risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.

Provide direction and mentorship to finance team members and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Minimum 10 years of relevant finance transformation and ERP implementation experience.

Demonstrated experience leading at least two Finance ERP implementations.

Oracle ERP experience is required.

CPA designation is an asset.

Must be fluent in French

Must reside in Canada.
