We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise installation teams on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.




- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Requirements

- G2 license
- 313D preferred
- Proven experience in installation work, with a strong understanding of relevant techniques and materials.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and management.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
