Title: Lead QA Tester

Location: Guelph ON, Toronto ON, Mississauga, ON. Burlington ON, Montreal QC, Quebec City QC, Regina SK - 2x onsite per week in any of these offices

Duration: 6 months contract, extension possible

Pay range: $49-$57 per hour

Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Tester for one of Canada's leading insurance companies. This individual will play a key role in a large-scale Azure Synapse to Databricks migration, leading testing efforts across multiple enterprise systems and ensuring data quality throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level QA experience, expertise in Databricks and Guidewire environments,



and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a proactive testing skilled to help establish QA best practices and drive successful project outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of QA/testing experience
- Experience building QA strategy and establishing processes
- Business/UAT/ETL
- Strong experience with Databricks
- Exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Client Information File (CIF) experience

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with screening and assessing applicants for this position.
