Role Description This temporary, remote Learn_by_working role is designed for students who want to gain practical experience while contributing to real projects. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with basic software-related activities such as documenting requirements, testing features, organizing project information, and supporting team communication. Students may help prepare reports, update project trackers, and participate in virtual meetings to observe and learn from experienced professionals.

Under guidance, participants will be encouraged to ask questions,



practice problem-solving, and develop professional work habits. The role emphasizes learning through hands-on involvement while meeting assigned responsibilities and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Interest in software, technology, or related fields, with a willingness to learn and explore new tools.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with online collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and remote communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask transparent questions and share updates.
- Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to manage time and tasks in a remote work environment.
