Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role is based in Edmonton, AB and focuses on supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of residential properties.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting prospective tenants, scheduling and conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding applicants through the application and approval process.

The Leasing

Agent prepares and processes leases and related documentation, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with property management to ensure units are move-in ready. The role also involves responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and email, providing consistent customer service, and helping with marketing activities such as listing updates and coordinating showings.

Agent supports ongoing tenant relations by communicating policy information and relaying maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

Experience working with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing lease documentation. Knowledge of property management and residential leasing processes, including showings, applications, and move-in/move-out procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and build positive tenant relationships.

Organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate multiple showings, follow up with applicants, and maintain accurate records. Comfort with basic office software and property management systems; ability to learn new tools and follow established procedures. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to fair and inclusive treatment of all applicants.

Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is an asset; familiarity with local rental regulations in Alberta is beneficial.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
