Duties & Responsibilities

- Honest Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computer systems accurately. We focus on fixing the root cause, never padding estimates.
- General Repair: Perform high-quality maintenance, brake services, steering/suspension, and engine repairs on a diverse mix of makes and models.
- Digital Inspections: Conduct thorough, transparent Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to help service advisors clearly show customers what their vehicles need.
- Safety Compliance: Perform vehicle safety inspections adhering strictly to AMVIC regulations and Alberta safety standards.
- Shop Synergy: Maintain a clean,



organized bay and collaborate with a close-knit team of technicians and advisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Valid Alberta Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal.
- Values: A deep commitment to honesty, professional ethics, and doing the job right the first time.
- Experience: Experience working on multiple vehicle makes and models in an independent shop environment is highly valued.
- Tools: Must own a reliable, complete set of personal hand tools.
- License: Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
