Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas with precision and care
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks accurately

Qualifications





- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
