Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following our authentic and modern Turkish-inspired recipes.
- Assist in ingredient preparation to ensure optimal flavor development.
- Ensure all food handling is conducted safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of essential ingredients.
- Implement proper portioning and storage techniques to minimize food waste.

Experience

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred,



with an emphasis on Mediterranean or Turkish cuisine being an asset.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills, contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
