Yuki Sushi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook / Kitchen Helper to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation
- Cook and prepare menu items according to restaurant standards
- Assist with deep-fried items, ramen, and other kitchen dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist other kitchen staff during busy periods
- Perform other general kitchen duties as required

Qualifications
- Genuine interest in cooking and food preparation
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take direction




- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

Job Type: Part-time, with potential for additional hours

Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts

Wage: Starting from $18.25 per hour, depending on experience
