Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to uphold hygiene standards
- Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes




- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and communicate needs for restocking

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods across various cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Basic understanding of serving practices within a restaurant setting is advantageous
