The Nash, located in the historic National Hotel in Inglewood, is looking for experienced line cooks to fill out their team on a full-time permanent basis. The line cook is responsible for several functions including, but not limited to, food preparation, inventory control, and expert time management. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking fine cuisine in a creative, qualified team environment, and will have a minimum of 1 year experience in this role.

Requirements:

- basic food safety
- culinary diploma is an asset but not required
- must be eligible to work in Canada
- standing & walking (10 + hours per day)
- lifting minimum of 25 lb consistently throughout the day

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Including Gratuity . Wages will be determined by experience.
