Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Liquid Line Lead to oversee daily production activities on our liquid processing and packaging line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading a team of operators to meet production targets.

Shift: Afternoon (4:30 PM - 3:00 AM)

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the liquid production line.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Train, coach, and support production team members.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
- Complete production documentation, quality checks, and shift reports accurately.
- Coordinate line changeovers and startup/shutdown procedures.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams to minimize downtime.




- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement culture.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor or designate.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience minimum; liquid processing environments preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with production reporting and basic computer applications.
