Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Store Clerk to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in retail sales, merchandising, and technical product demonstrations while supporting a positive shopping experience for customers. Strong communication skills are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when needed
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments via cash, credit, or digital methods
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly




- Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Assist in store cleaning, organizing, and ensuring a tidy shopping workplace

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in Liquor sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for transactions
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks and product demonstrations effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Prior experience in technology sales or technical product knowledge is beneficial but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
