Your role involves coordinating activities and ensuring a safe, exciting workplace for young skiers. As the Little Owls Coordinator, you will directly shape the skiing experience for young children while supporting their instructors in a comprehensive manner. Your leadership, educational strategies, and organizational skills will provide excellent support to families and staff alike.

Working with a focus on sustainability and community values, you will help foster a memorable atmosphere for present and future generations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations for the Little Owls program
- Guide and assess instructors to enhance their skills
- Organize and lead training sessions for new instructors
- Manage changes and ensure smooth activity flow
- Evaluate children’s performance and safety Requirements:
- AMSC Level 1 Certification and relevant experience
- Functional proficiency in French and English
- Ability to inspire and lead others effectively
- Commitment to quality and teamwork
