Operators needed:

Blue Grass Sod Farms Ltd. is seeking experienced Loader and Skid Steer Operators for the current snow removal season to join our team!

Looking for reliable, motivated, hard workers who are safety orientated. Looking for day and nighttime Operators.

Remove snow using operating snow removal equipment such as skid steer or loader with push blades and/or buckets

- Inspect equipment prior to starting work
- Work long shifts during heavy snowfall
- Able to complete work efficiently while adhering to Blue Grass' safety policies & procedures
- Self-starter, works well in a solo setting. Robust ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision
- Possess good time management skills, take pride in your work

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Property maintenance experience and or construction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs and enjoy working outdoors
- Have a valid class 5 driver's license,



clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation to site
- First aid is an asset
- Skid steer/ Loader experience
- Safety orientated in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Good communication skills
- Willing to do labouring work as required
- Mechanically inclined
- Must Have a Positive Attitude

Experience:

- Snow Plowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

- Driver's License - Class 5 or better

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
