We are looking to add a few top performers to our transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing, and distribution team. This role is responsible for planning, rating, and executing for our Special Handling- Moving and White Glove clients.

This is a fast-paced, multitask, deadline-driven environment. This is not an entry-level position and requires proven experience, strong judgment, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple active orders at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain assigned client accounts with a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Plan, build, and execute transportation loads across multiple orders and timelines
- Rate freight independently and confidently, understanding multiple forms of transport systems while maintaining margins, accessorials, and cost impacts
- Identify and resolve issues proactively before they affect service or cost
- Adjust plans quickly when conditions change, while maintaining control of details
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Ensure all shipment details, documentation, and billing information are accurate and complete
- Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining service standards

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, load planning, or transportation operations
- Strong, hands-on experience with freight rating and cost analysis
- Direct experience in transportation-focused 3PL, warehousing, or distribution environments
- Ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities daily
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Assets
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with TMS systems, freight documentation, and billing processes
- Background in fast-paced, service-critical logistics operations
