About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Low Voltage & Security Technician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in low-voltage, security, telecommunications, or a related field and is comfortable working on commercial and construction projects.

We are looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable, takes pride in their work, and is interested in growing with the company.

Responsibilities

- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling
- Install and service CCTV and video surveillance systems
- Install access control systems
- Install intrusion and alarm systems
- Install intercom and communication systems
- Work with Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A and other structured cabling
- Assist with cellular DAS / BDA installations
- Read and follow drawings and installation plans
- Perform equipment installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Work with hand and power tools
- Coordinate with other technicians and trades on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications
- Previous experience in low-voltage, security, telecommunications or electrical
- Hands-on experience with Public Safety/Cellular Das would be an asset
- Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, or alarms




- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must
- Good communication and work ethic
