Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing operation in Saint John.

This is a leadership-focused opportunity for an experienced engineer who can lead the maintenance function, improve equipment reliability and partner closely with operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the site's maintenance function and team
- Oversee asset reliability and preventative maintenance programs
- Support plant shutdowns and turnarounds
- Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement
- Partner with operations and supply chain
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience
- P.Eng strongly preferred
- Maintenance, reliability or asset management experience
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset
- Experience within an automated manufacturing environment preferred
