Overview

Brandoflex Limited is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance & Shop Helper to support our production team and keep our shop organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using basic hand and power tools, completing minor repairs, preparing materials, and pitching in wherever needed in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform minor repairs, basic maintenance, assembly, and general handyman task throughout the shop.
- Safely use basic hand and small power tools
- Assist with sandblasting and related preparation work
- Keep work areas, tools, equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and readily available.
- Assist production staff with day-to-day shop tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory and help keep materials and supplies properly organized
- Perform equipment and plant paint touch up as required from time to time
- Identify maintenance or repair issues and bring them to management's attention
- Assist production staff with various day-to-day shop tasks
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For
- Previous handyman, maintenance, construction or similar hands - on experience
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn




- Basic computation and arithmetic skills
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Positive, practical attitude and willingness to help where needed

Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. The successful candidate must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, lift, carry and move materials as needed
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
