Responsibilities may include

- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.

- Complete minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and fixtures.

- Perform minor electrical tasks such as replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, bulbs, and other components where appropriate.

- Repair and adjust doors, locks, handles, hinges, cabinets, furniture, and guest-room fixtures.

- Complete drywall repairs, patching, painting, caulking, and other finishing work.

- basic carpentry and property improvement projects.

- Inspect guest rooms and common areas for maintenance issues and complete repairs as required.

- Troubleshoot basic issues with hotel equipment and building systems.

- Assist with preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical equipment while coordinating more specialized work with qualified contractors.





- Assist with maintaining exterior areas of the property, including minor repairs and seasonal maintenance.

- Respond to maintenance requests from hotel management and front-desk staff.

- Assist contractors and service technicians when work is being performed on the property.

- Maintain tools, supplies, maintenance areas, and equipment in an organized and safe condition.

- Identify larger maintenance concerns and report them to management before they become more significant problems.

- Follow hotel safety procedures and applicable workplace health and safety requirements.

- Assist with renovation, improvement, and special maintenance projects as required.
