Position Summary

RWAM Insurance Administrators Inc. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing professional marketing collateral, producing tutorial content, supporting business units and sales teams, and helping bring the RWAM brand to life through compelling visuals.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about graphic design, visual storytelling, and creating engaging and informative digital media.

Salary Range: $55,000-70,000

Key Responsibilities

- Translate technical or complex group benefits information into engaging marketing materials including sales collateral, presentations, and infographics.
- Assist in developing and editing video footage, motion graphics, animations, and audio using professional editing software to produce educational content that supports advisors, plan administrators, and plan members through engaging promotional, educational, and corporate videos.
- Ensure all materials align with RWAM's brand standards and visual identity.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead and internal business units to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated content, and/or video tutorials.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Illustrator, After Effects,



Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign
- Professional graphic design experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of group benefits and insurance terminology is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
