Job Summary

We are looking for an L2 Mechanical Simulation Support Engineer with strong experience in CAE/FEA, mechanical simulation workflows, CAD model preparation, and simulation automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support, validate, and execute simulation models for structural and mechanical systems.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and interpret simulation results.
- Provide engineering recommendations for product and design improvements.
- Manage the complete simulation workflow from CAD geometry preparation through analysis and reporting.
- Develop and support simulation methodologies, best practices, and validation procedures.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve simulation efficiency and repeatability.
- Support product design, manufacturing, testing, and systems engineering teams.
- Work with CAD and simulation tools to prepare and execute analysis models.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with CAE tools such as ANSA, META, Abaqus, Ansys, or similar.




- Robust understanding of mechanical simulation and FEA workflows.
- Experience with CAD tools such as NX and Teamcenter is a plus.
- Experience with scripting/automation using Python, NumPy, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with Star-CCM+, Icepak, LS-DYNA, COMSOL, or similar CAE tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with product design, manufacturing, testing, and systems engineering teams.

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $45-48 per hour. (Depends on experience) Benefits: This a contract position does not include employer-provided benefits.
