POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Journeyman
-Red Seal certified with minimum 2 years experience
-MUST have boiler service experience on both residential and commercial boilers
-Knowledge of Plumbing and Heating codes
-Cross Connection Control Certification
-Clean driver's abstract
-Presentable and enjoy working with people
POSITION DUTIES
HVAC Servicing: Inspect, clean and change filters on air handlers, rooftop units and exhaust fans. Check refrigerant levels and lubricate motors.
Boiler and Hydronic Maintenance: Test boilers, circulator pumps, valves and expansion tanks. Prevent scale buildup and check safety controls.
Testing and Balancing: Calibrate thermostats,
dampers and airflow controls to keep temperatures even and air quality high.
Plumbing and Piping Checks: Inspect commercial pipes, backflow preventers and sump pumps for leaks, corrosion or pressure drops.
Documentation and Compliance: Keep detailed logs of part replacements, test results and repairs.
On Call: Emergency on call service for plumbing, heating and HVAC industry.

Pay: $48.00-$52.50 per hour
