Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team at ABC Fire Door. This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our high-quality doors and frames. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and tools for the fabrication of hollow metal doors and frames. This includes, using a sheering machine, CNC punch and folding machine along with Mig welding capabilities.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.




- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
- Assist in inventory management and materials handling as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge, decent math capabilities and experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to fabrication.
- Robust understanding of assembly processes and techniques.
- Physically fit to maneuver large metal sheets and doors
- Familiarity with materials handling practices is preferred.
- Experience in machining or carpentry is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
