You will conduct follow-ups, ensuring effective screenings and contribute to family education on newborn care. Strong communication and analytical abilities are crucial for optimizing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct clinic visits after hospital discharge
- Perform critical newborn and jaundice screenings
- Provide educational resources on breastfeeding
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer postpartum follow-up for up to 4 weeks Requirements:
- Valid Midwifery Certificate from the College of Midwives
- Excellent assessment and teaching skills
