About the Role: We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will be a key part of our in-house custom ductwork production, focusing heavily on commercial grease ducts and various HVAC-R metal components. We need someone who knows their way around a shop and takes pride in clean, solid welds.

Please note: As part of our new company structure under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), we are currently only accepting applications from Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

What You'll Do:

- Perform high-quality MIG welding on mild steel and galvanized steel.
- Fabricate and weld custom commercial grease ducts to spec.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and blueprints.
- Operate shop machinery safely and effectively.
- Inspect your own work to ensure all welds meet quality and structural standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe workspace in our Langley shop.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Proven hands-on experience in MIG welding, specifically with mild and galvanized steel.
- Previous experience fabricating sheet metal, ductwork, or HVAC-R components is a major asset.
- Ability to accurately read and follow fabrication drawings.
- Robust attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Reliable team player who can also work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$49.00 per hour
