Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Millwork Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of millwork projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality custom millwork solutions. Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of millwork components.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to clarify project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost assessments and proposals.
- Manage project timelines by employing time management strategies and tools like ProCore and Civil 3D to track progress and address potential delays proactively.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to budget constraints.
- Supervise installation teams on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections using Bluebeam for documentation, quality control, and progress reporting.




- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through meetings, reports, and updates to keep projects aligned with goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on millwork or custom cabinetry projects.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to millwork fabrication.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource planning.
- Knowledge of civil design software including Civil 3D is a plus for coordinating site work aspects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Construction industry experience combined with a solid understanding of safety standards and best practices in construction management software tools.
