Position

: FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Fort McMurray Capital Project!

Location: Fort McMurray, AB

Duration: June 2026 - March 2027

Contract: Full-time

Salary: CA$170.00 daily

Scope of Work

- Construction, Exchangers, Tie-ins, Bolt-up/ Welding, Piping, Structural Installation

Working Conditions

- 14/7 Rotation
- 11 -hour days with OT after 8 hrs/44 hours in the week as per employment standards
- FI/FO with flight hubs in Edmonton and Calgary
- Camp Accommodation
- Referral Bonus Available for Journeypersons

Qualifications

- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: Common Safety Orientation.




- No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
- Fall Protection.
- Aerial Work Platform.
- Welders are to provide the following tickets: CWB, B-Pressure.
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
