As the Workforce Scheduling Administrator, you will oversee the scheduling process for around 3,000 employees, ensuring effective communication and adherence to collective agreements.

Your role requires managing schedules, addressing inquiries, and providing technical support related to Workforce software. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft applications are key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage schedules according to union agreements
- Maintain diverse communication networks for schedule updates




- Coordinate schedule changes and replacements for absences
- Communicate scheduling updates to managers and staff
- Offer customer service and support to client managers Requirements:
- Administrative experience with transcription typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email management
- Ability to shift focus in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in a unionized environment is advantageous
