Registered Massage Therapist, Mobile - Collingwood / Blue Mountain / Thornbury

What we do

Blue Mountain Wellness delivers massage therapy in homes, chalets, and short-term rentals across Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Meaford and Wasaga Beach. No clinic, no front desk, no rent. You show up at the address, set up, treat, and leave.

We are hiring one RMT now, primarily so we can offer couples treatments. That means most of your early work runs alongside other therapists in the same booking, so availability that overlaps weekends and holiday weeks matters more than total hours.

What you do

- Mobile treatments, 30, 60 and 90 minutes, in private homes, hotels and partner rental properties
- Couples treatments delivered simultaneously with a second therapist
- Chart in Jane, same day
- Show up and communicate reliably. Looking for someone with high integrity, confidence and valuable communication.

What we handle

- All booking,



payment, marketing and client communication. Reception and coordination of schedule/ bookings.
- Client sourcing. You are not expected to bring your own clients.

Compensation

- 70/30 split
- Paid as an independent contractor. You invoice, you handle your own HST and taxes.

Requirements

- Current CMTO registration in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Your own portable table setup and bolsters
- Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record. Winter driving in this region is part of the role
- Comfortable working alone in private residences, and able to hold a professional boundary without support staff.

What we are actually looking for The therapists who do well here are the ones who read the room, communicate well, and take their craft seriously. We would rather run fewer treatments at a high standard than fill a revolving door and the hourly rates reflect that.
