We are looking to hire a barista to join our team at our Commercial Drive location! The position is 3-4 days per week.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year working as a barista and who is comfortable working in a busy cafe.

Ideally the candidate would have a adaptable availability and would be open to occasionally covering shifts at our North Van location. This is not a necessity, but it is a plus.

We offer a starting wage of $18.75/hr. Tips can increase that to approximately $25-$28/hr.

Those working 24+ hours per week will qualify for our health benefits plan after 6 months of employment.

Requirements are as follows

- Flexible availability
- 1 year experience
- Valid work permit
- Able to communicate well in English
- Enjoy working with others and helping customers
- Love coffee!
- Able to perform cleaning duties
- Good time management
