Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
- Deliver personalized product demos and recommend retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.




- Assist with retail sales through upselling techniques to promote products and services that meet client goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Support guest services by creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask at the front desk while providing attentive guest services.
- Passion for beauty treatments and staying current with industry trends is highly valued.

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
