What We're Looking For

- Sales-driven and client-first. You close deals and build relationships that last.
- Mortgage experience. Comfortable with documentation and loan fulfillment from a financial institution background.




- Compliance-minded. You take governance and process seriously.

What You'll Do

- Convert inbound leads (2-3/day on average) and outbound conversations, by phone, online, or in person, into closed mortgage applications
- Grow your own self-sourced client base alongside provided leads
- Guide clients through a smooth, well-supported mortgage application process, continuously improving the experience and handling any concerns that come up
- Submit to lawyers and lenders, and ensure all lender conditions are met ahead of closing
- Manage data entry in Filogix Expert, Homewise Relationship Manager, and other platform tools
- Maintain your Certified Mortgage Agent designation (required, per your province)

What You Bring

- Strong digital fluency. Comfortable with computers and office software; Filogix Expert experience required (touch typist? Even better)
- Mortgage underwriting experience (an asset)
- Proven mortgage sales experience
- A self-starter mentality
- Sharp analytical skills. You break down complex situations and find solutions
- Resourcefulness. You don't need to know everything, you just know how to find out
- A proactive, fast-paced energy. You thrive when things are moving
- A great attitude that fits our team culture

Experience: 2+ years as a Mortgage Sales Agent/Advisor preferred

Schedule: Contract role. You manage your time, though the lead volume is built for a full-time approach

Compensation

Fully commissioned role (no base salary). Competitive percentage split provided with your offer, including free leads baked into the split.
