Reporting to the Director of HR, you will handle employee relations, compliance, health and safety, talent programs, and HR projects while driving process improvements and mentoring junior team members.
The role requires 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and knowledge of BC Employment
