Role Summary

UmmaHub is hiring a Senior Web Designer to create contemporary, conversion-focused websites and brand experiences for Muslim-owned businesses and faith-aligned organizations. Rooted in integrity and excellence, you will lead web UI/UX from wireframes to launch-ready Figma designs.

This position operates on a commission / percentage-per-project model—you earn a dedicated commission/cut for every web design client project you complete, giving you competitive compensation tied directly to project scope and output volume.

Core Responsibilities

- Design responsive websites, e-commerce stores, and landing pages in Figma.
- Create sitemaps, user flows, and conversion-optimized web structures.




- Translate brand guidelines into digital style guides and design systems.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure 100% design fidelity upon build.

Qualifications
- Portfolio: Agency web design experience.
- Skills: Strong UI/UX, CRO, typography, and mobile-first design fundamentals.
- Alignment: Understanding of the Muslim business market and faith-aligned ethics.
