Night Audit

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re looking for a reliable, capable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our seasonal resort team.

This is more than a traditional front desk night shift. You’ll be responsible for keeping the resort running smoothly overnight, balancing the day's financial activity, supporting guests, and making sure the morning team starts the day with everything in order.

What You'll Do

- Complete the nightly audit, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Balance cash, credit cards, guest accounts and departmental charges.
- Review and correct folio and billing discrepancies before guests depart.
- Handle overnight check-ins, reservations, guest questions and payments.
- Review upcoming arrivals, VIP requests, group blocks and room inventory.
- Monitor rates and competitor pricing and flag discrepancies.
- Review outstanding receivables and owner accounts and prepare a concise morning update.
- Keep the cross-shift daily log current and ensure important issues are handed over.
- Prepare reports and information to support the morning team and management.
- Maintain a qualified, secure and welcoming front desk throughout the night.
- Carry out light cleaning and other practical overnight duties as required.

We're Looking For Someone Who





- Is organized, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes ownership of getting things right.
- Is confident working with numbers, reports and computer systems.
- Can think on their feet and deal calmly with guests and unexpected situations.
- Has previous hotel, front desk, accounting, administration or customer-service experience.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning hotel software such as Maestro.
- Takes pride in providing great guest service while keeping the operation on track.

Previous Night Audit experience is an asset, but we're more interested in your reliability, judgment and attention to detail than a particular job title.

- Independent role with a mix of guest service, financial, administrative and operational responsibilities
